REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cordoba - Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria y el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura - Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria y en su lugar se procede a DENEGAR el amparo solicitado por el actor, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
