- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias de marzo 15 de 1996 y de mayo 9 de 1996, proferidas por el Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena y por la Seccion Segunda de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, respectivamente.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental a la informacion y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Director del periodico "Hoy Diario del Magdalena" que, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, rectifique, segun los postulados establecidos en esta providencia, las informaciones aparecidas en ese periodico los dias 9 y 23 de noviembre de 1995.
- TERCERO. CONMINAR al director del periodico "Hoy Diario del Magdalena" senor Ulilo Acevedo Silva, para que en el futuro no vuelva a incurrir en el comportamiento omisivo advertido en la presente sentencia.
- CUARTO. LIBRESE comunicacion al Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
