- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado 9o Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota de octubre 28 de 1992, la cual denego la tutela solicitada por el senador GUSTAVO DAJER CHADID.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por el senador GUSTAVO DAJER CHADID y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR a las directoras del NOTICIERO Q.A.P., senoras MARIA ELVIRA SAMPER y MARIA ISABEL RUEDA, rectificar la informacion emitida el dia tres (3) de septiembre de 1992 en relacion con el peticionario, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado 9o Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
