- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Fredonia y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia y, en su lugar, se dispone negar la tutela solicitada por Rosmery Montoya Salazar.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 23 Penal del Circuito de Medellin y la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellin y, en su lugar, se dispone negar la tutela impetrada por Margarita Vasquez Arango y Libia Gonzalez de Fonnegra.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR comunicacion a los Juzgados Promiscuo del Circuito de Fredonia y 23 Penal del Circuito de Medellin, a efectos de que notifiquen esta sentencia a las partes respectivas y adopten las decisiones necesarias para la ejecucion de lo aqui dispuesto, en cuanto a los procesos que a cada uno de ellos incumbe.
