- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá de 9 de septiembre de 1992 y del Juzgado 18 Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad.
- Segundo. Se ordena al diario El Tiempo que suministre al Juzgado 18 Civil del Circuito las probanzas que sustenten las afirmaciones a que se refiere la parte motiva de esta providencia respecto de las asociaciones demandantes, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la notificación al mismo de ella. Dicho despacho judicial apreciará la suficiencia del acervo probatorio aportado. De lo contrario habrá de efectuar las rectificaciones correspondientes en relación con dichas asociaciones y con el mismo despliegue de la publicación original.
- Tercero. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Juez 18 Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., y al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de la misma ciudad. El
- primero. se encargará de notificarla a las partes.
