- R E S U E L VE :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la h. Corte Suprema de Justicia del nueve (9) de mayo del año en curso, por medio de la cual se revocó la sentencia pronunciada por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá del veintidós (22) de marzo del presente año, dentro del proceso de tutela adelantado por la ciudadana Ana Bertilda Roa de Hinz contra el Juzgado Veinte (20) de Familia de Santafé de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia a la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
