Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 22 de noviembre de 2000 por el Juzgado Veintiséis Civil Municipal de Santiago de Cali y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Alcalde de Santiago de Cali y al Director del Departamento Administrativo de Hacienda Municipal para que en el plazo máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente decisión, y si aún no lo han hecho, cancelen todas los salarios adeudados al señor Jaime Becerra, siempre y cuando haya la disponibilidad presupuestal para ello. De no existir tal disponibilidad, dispondrán del mencionado término para iniciar las gestiones pertinentes a fin de conseguir los recursos para cumplir con el pago aquí ordenado, el cual deberá estar hecho en un plazo máximo de tres (3) meses.
Segundo. PREVENIR a los entes demandados para que se apresten a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que, en el futuro, no repitan la omisión que dió origen a la instauración de la presente acción.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
