- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 12 de Instrucción Criminal radicado, de Quibdó (Chocó), fechada el 27 de diciembre de 1991, mediante la cual se resolvió acerca de la acción de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano EUCLIDES LOZANO LEMUS.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia emanada del Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Bucaramanga (Santander), fechada el 30 de diciembre de 1991, por la cual se resolvió sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano GERMAN ORDOÑEZ PLATA.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juez
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Florencia (Caquetá), por medio del cual se revocó en todas sus partes la sentencia dictada por el Juez
- Tercero. Penal Municipal de esa ciudad, en relación con la demanda de tutela instaurada por GONZALO FIERRO CASTILLO.
- Cuarto. CONFIRMAR el fallo originario del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Popayán (Cauca) con fecha 18 de diciembre de 1991, mediante el cual se decidió sobre la acción interpuesta por NESTOR ALAIN VILLEGAS CANDELA.
- Quinto. REVOCAR los fallos que, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por VICTOR OBDULIO BENAVIDES LADINO, pronunciaron los jueces
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal y
- Segundo. del Circuito de Villavicencio (Meta), con fechas 30 de diciembre de 1991 y 27 de enero de 1992.
- Sexto. CONFIRMAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior de Riohacha (Guajira) de fecha 27 de enero de 1992, mediante el cual, a su vez, se confirmó el de primera instancia dictado por el Juzgado
- Noveno. de Instrucción Criminal radicado, de esa misma ciudad, en diciembre 24 de 1991, relativo a la acción de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano ALVARO BALLESTEROS MEDERO.
- Séptimo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Santa Marta (Magdalena), el 7 de febrero de 1992, que a su vez confirmó la proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de la misma ciudad con fecha 23 de diciembre de 1991, relativa a la acción de tutela instaurada por el ciudadano ARMANDO ANTONIO BACA MENA.
- Octavo. Por la Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
