- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Ciénaga el 16 de febrero de 1999.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Alcalde del Municipio de Ciénaga, Magdalena para que, en adelante, tome las medidas pertinentes a fin de asegurar la disponibilidad presupuestal tendiente a la cancelación de las obligaciones contraidas con sus trabajadores, so pena de las sanciones legales correspondientes.
