- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 26 de septiembre de 1996, proferida por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia a Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Magdalena, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
