en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
1) Confirmar el fallo de fecha veintiuno (21) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), por medio del cual el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, Sala Laboral, revocó en su integridad la sentencia del Juzgado
Primero. Superior de esa ciudad, que accedió a conceder la tutela intentada por el ciudadano MIGUEL ANGEL CASTRO CASTAÑO, representante legal del sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores del Banco de Colombia.
2) Oficiar al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Disciplinaria, y al Procurador General de la Nación a efecto de que sean examinados por esa entidad, los actos que, adelantados por el Juez
Primero. Superior de Cali en el presente asunto, sean susceptibles de investigación.
3) Comuníquese al juez de primera instancia, a efecto de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido por el artículo 36 del Decreto Nº 2591 de 1991.
4) Envíese copia de esta providencia al Ministro del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
