- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de marzo 6 de 1997, proferida por la Subseccion "A" de la Seccion Segunda de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por la Casa sobre la Roca - Iglesia Cristiana Integral.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la DIAN aplicar, en terminos de igualdad, lo dispuesto en el articulo 1 del Decreto 1175 de 1991 y, en consecuencia, suspender, para todos los efectos legales, la aplicabilidad de los plazos contenidos en el decreto reglamentario 2300 de 1996 en relacion con la Casa sobre la Roca - Iglesia Cristiana Integral, bajo las condiciones establecidas en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. LIBRESE comunicacion a la Seccion Cuarta del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
