- Primero. DENEGAR el amparo de los derechos a la salud, a la vida digna, al debido proceso, al pago oportuno de los salarios y prestaciones sociales y a la vivienda digna de Wladimiro Córdoba Copete y, en consecuencia, CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Quibdó el 11 de agosto de 2003 y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Quibdó el 12 de septiembre de 2003, pero por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los fines allí establecidos.
