- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 13 Penal del Circuito de Medellín, el cinco (5) de octubre del año dos mil (2000), dentro del proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. Declarar la carencia de objeto en el presente proceso, por sustracción de materia.
- Tercero. Librar, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, así como también comunicar el fallo al Juzgado 10 Civil Municipal de Medellín.
