- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena y la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del 24 de noviembre de 1999 y del 4 de febrero de 2000, respectivamente, que denegaron la tutela de los derechos a la vida digna, salud, seguridad social y libre desarrollo de la personalidad invocados por la senora Sonia Esther Pinedo Arroyo contra Seguro Social E.P.S., Seccional Bolivar.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Sonia Esther Pinedo Arroyo en contra del Seguro Social E.P.S.-Seccional Bolivar y, en consecuencia ordenar a la entidad prestadora de salud que, en un termino de cinco dias contados a partir de la comunicacion de la presente providencia, incluya a la actora en un programa de pre-trasplante con el objeto de evaluar sus condiciones y, si estas lo permiten, realice las diligencias necesarias para obtener un donante y practique, en el termino acorde con los procedimientos medicos a realizar, el trasplante renal al cual tiene derecho.
- Tercero. El juez de instancia verificara el estricto cumplimiento de esta providencia y tomara las medidas que sean del caso.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
