- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Istmina - Choco, el 15 de abril de 2002.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Municipio de Istmina que de los recursos de libre destinación, que incluye el pago de pasivos, según informa en su respuesta el Alcalde del citado Municipio, se paguen los salarios adeudados a la demandante, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia. De no ser posible el pago total de la obligación dentro de dicho lapso, por razones netamente presupuestales, deberá informar al juez de tutela de primera instancia, en forma motivada, indicando la forma como serán cancelados los salarios debidos a la accionante, pago que, en todo caso, no podrá exceder de seis meses.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
