- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida por el Consejo de Estado, sala de lo contencioso administrativo, sección cuarta que revocó el fallo del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia. En consecuencia, ordenase a la Administración Municipal de Tarazá que en el término de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de éste fallo inicie los trámites y gestiones necesarios para obtener las partidas presupuestales indispensables que le permitan pagar lo que adeuda al actor por concepto de salarios y prestaciones sociales atrasadas.
