- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Popayán, en los procesos de la referencia. Conceder las tutelas interpuestas. El Gobernador del Cauca, deberá, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, cancelar los salarios adeudados a los actores, siempre que la partida presupuestal sea suficiente para ello. En caso contrario, dentro del mismo término deberá iniciar los trámites pertinentes a efecto de cumplir con lo ordenado. Los documentos en los cuales conste que dichas gestiones se han iniciado dentro del término indicado, se presentarán al día siguiente ante el juez de primera instancia, para el debido control sobre acatamiento a la tutela.
- Segundo. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
