CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, el 5 de octubre de dos mil seis, que DENEGÓ la acción de tutela interpuesta por Pastora Alicia Unigarro Salazar contra la Secretaría de Educación Y Cultura de Nariño y la Gobernación de Nariño.
- Segundo. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
