- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension del termino decretada para decidir el presente asunto.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Subseccion "B", que nego el amparo solicitado por los educadores Fredy Arlex Rubio y Elba Yaneth Reyes Moreno.
- Tercero. EXHORTAR al Gobierno Nacional para que en un plazo razonable reglamente la Ley 715 de 2001 en lo conceniente al traslado y reubicacion de docentes amenazados.
- Por Secretaria General librese las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
