Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Manizales el 8 de septiembre de 2000, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la integridad personal del señor Jhon Jairo Acevedo Franco y de su pequeño hijo.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Educación de Manizales, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, adelante las gestiones necesarias a fin de trasladar al docente Jhon Jairo Acevedo Franco a una institución educativa donde no corra peligro su integridad y su vida.
Tercero. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
