- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 21 de marzo de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Caimito (Sucre), que negó las pretensiones de la acción de tutela.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Comité de Amenazados del Departamento de Sucre, para que resuelva oportunamente las solicitudes elevadas por los docentes presuntamente amenazados.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
