CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo proferido por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio, el 29 de septiembre de 1998, mediante el cual confirmó la decisión del Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de San José del Guaviare del 11 de agosto de 1998, a través de la cual denegó la tutela interpuesta por la señora CLEMENCIA VICTORIA MARMOLEJO.
- Segundo. LIBRAR por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
