R E S U E L V E:
Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibague, el dia seis de agosto de 1996 y, en consecuencia, denegar la tutela solicitada por la ciudadana Maria Eugenia Ramirez Suarez.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR el numeral
Tercero. de la referida sentencia, por medio del cual se ordena expedir copias de lo pertinente con destino a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion, con el objeto de que esta investigue si los directivos de Aerocivil incurrieron en una falta disciplinaria en la actuacion que desarrollaron en relacion con el traslado de la actora.
Tercero. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
