- Primero. REVÓCASE PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Cartago (Valle), por las razones aquí expuestas. En su lugar, CONCÉDESE la acción de tutela interpuesta en favor de los menores Natalia Andrea Luna González, Carolina Vélez Segura y Anderson Mauricio Acosta. Por tanto, ORDÉNASE al director del Instituto de Seguros Sociales prestar los servicios médico asistenciales que requieran estos menores.
- Segundo. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia del Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Cartago (Valle), en cuanto DENEGÓ la tutela solicitada en favor de los menores Miguel Antonio Betancourt Barco, Julián Andrés Castaño Sepúlveda, Juan Gabriel Ramírez García, Santiago Jaramillo Hoyos, Beatriz Lorena Gómez Bonilla, Paola Tatiana Vicuña Aldana, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General OFÍCIESE al Instituto de Bienestar Familiar, Seccional Cartago, para que vele por la prestación efectiva de los servicios médico asistenciales que requieran los menores Natalia Andrea Luna González, Carolina Vélez Segura, Anderson Mauricio Acosta, Santiago Jaramillo Hoyos, Beatriz Lorena Gómez Bonilla y Paola Tatiana Vicuña Aldana.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, REMÍTANSE el expediente de tutela y este fallo, al Juez
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Cartago (Valle), para los efectos consagrados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
