- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Manizales, Sala Laboral, del 25 de octubre de 1994, y en su defecto tutelar los derechos a la salud, al trabajo y a la igualdad, reconociendo las condiciones de debilidad manifiesta en que se encuentra Elizabeth Cardona Arias
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar a los Alcaldes de Manzanares y Manizales que a la solicitud de traslado de la docente Elizabeth Cardona Arias se le de un tratamiento preferencial en razon de su estado de salud, tan pronto se presente una vacante en Manizales, sin que el traslado pueda desmejorar las condiciones laborales de la accionante.
- TERCERO. Comunicar la presente providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo del Distrito de Manzanares para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
