- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior de Medellín de fecha veinticinco (25) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), proferido al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por JOSE ARCESIO SANCHEZ MARIN contra el "INPEC" y, en consecuencia, negar la protección solicitada.
- Segundo. Remítase copia de este fallo a los ministros de Justicia y Derecho y de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, así como al Director del "INPEC".
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
