- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juez 12 Laboral de Medellin, proferida el 30 de mayo del presente ano, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Union Temporal Comfama-Massalud-Clinica Medellin, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas se reintegre a la menor YULI TATIANA JIMENEZ VIANA, a la seguridad social en salud, en su condicion de beneficiaria del docente Juan Orlando Alzate Montes, y, por lo tanto, se le presten los servicios que requiera en cuanto a su salud y se la actualice como beneficiaria.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
