- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Carreno (Vichada) el 5 de abril de 2000, por medio de la cual se nego la tutela impetrada, pero solo porque esta superado el hecho irregular que le sirvio de origen a la accion que se revisa.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la entidad demandada que, si aun no lo ha hecho, proceda a inscribir como beneficiaria del actor a la senora Luz Stella Ocampo Holguin, pues el plazo maximo de exclusion que le era oponible esta cumplido.
- Tercero. Prevenir a la EPS - CAJANAL para que se abstenga de comportamientos como el que dieron origen a esta accion, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
