en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellín el 26 de marzo de 1999, por medio de la cual se negó la acción de tutela entablada por José Fidolo López contra Hilda María Díaz y la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santafé de Bogotá.
Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos a la salud y a la seguridad social del demandante y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santafé de Bogotá, que a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, restablezca al señor José Fidolo López, cónyuge de Hilda María Díaz, pensionada de dicha Empresa, los servicios médicos y asistenciales reconocidos por la cláusula 27 de la convención colectiva suscrita entre el sindicato de trabajadores y la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
