- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Trece Civil del Circuito y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales al minimo vital y a la igualdad de Ana Lucia Carrillo Sandoval. En consecuencia, se ordena al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales que, en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, reinicie el pago de la pension sustitutiva a favor de Ana Lucia Carrillo Sandoval, y la prestacion de los servicios medicos que le son conexos.
- Tercero. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado 13 Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
