- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia del día catorce (14) de agosto de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el juzgado
- primero. civil del circuito de Riohacha, que negó la tutela incoada por la señora Francisca Salas Maestre.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición, y en consecuencia, ordenar a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, resuelva sobre el recurso de reposición interpuesto por la accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
