- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 12 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, los días seis (6) de noviembre y quince (15) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1.992), mediante las cuales se decidió sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por JOSE RAMIREZ MERCHAN.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la Empresa de Energía Eléctrica de Bogotá para que en lo sucesivo evite repetir las demoras en la solución de las peticiones que se le formulen.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE la comunicación a los mencionados despachos judiciales, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
