- Primero. REVOCAR las Sentencias del veinte (20) de diciembre de 2002 y veintisiete (27) de febrero de 2003, proferidas por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Tumaco y por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Tumaco respectivamente.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion del accionante y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Alcaldia Municipal de Tumaco, que dentro del termino perentorio de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a resolver, si aun no lo ha hecho, el recurso de reposicion interpuesto por el actor el dia 15 de mayo de 2002, contra la Resolucion No. 944 de mayo 10 de 2002, por medio de la cual se nego la Pension de Jubilacion.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
