- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado el Juzgado Treinta y Tres del Circuito de Bogotá, el 23 de Mayo de 2002. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición del señor FRANCISCO MORALES HERNÁNDEZ.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, con sede en Bogotá, o quien haga sus veces, que dentro del término perentorio de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a notificar, si aún no lo ha hecho, la Resolución No. 3376 del 20 de Mayo de 2002 por medio de la cual se resolvió el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra la Resolución No. 28912 del 27 de Diciembre de 2001 por el señor FRANCISCO MORALES HERNÁNDEZ.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
