- Primero. REVOCANSE los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 4 Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga el 19 de febrero de 2001 y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial -Sala de Decisión Civil- de la misma ciudad el 29 de marzo del año en curso. En su lugar, CONCEDASE la tutela incoada por Cecilia Rivera Prada.
- Segundo. ORDENASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, Seccional Bogotá, que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, resuelva -afirmativa o negativamente-, si ya no lo hubiere hecho y si la recurrente no ha acudido ya a la jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, el recurso interpuesto por la accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
