Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por el juzgado
séptimo. civil del circuito de Barranquilla el
primero. de diciembre de 1997 y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla el diez (10) de febrero de 1997.
Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho de petición del actor. Ordénase en consecuencia, al ISS que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas (48 ) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, resuelva el recurso interpuesto por el actor contra la resolución 002588 emanada del ISS.
Tercero. LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
