- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos en este asunto por el Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena y por la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado.
- Segundo. El Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Magdalena, adoptará las medidas administrativas e incoará las acciones que fueren indispensables para recaudar lo adeudado por el patrono por concepto de cotizaciones que inciden en el derecho de la actora a obtener el reconocimiento de la pensión de sobreviviente.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
