Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, el día 19 de septiembre de 1996, y en su lugar se concederá la tutela del derecho de petición del señor HERNANDO CAMACHO RIOS, contra la Superintendencia de Notariado Y Registro.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, que en el término de 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a entregar las certificaciones y demás documentos solicitados dentro de la petición elevada el día 26 de julio de 1996, a la mencionada entidad por parte del señor HERNANDO CAMACHO RIOS.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
