- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 5 de marzo de 1992, proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga por la que se confirmó el fallo denegatorio de la tutela solicitada.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER al señor HERMANN GOMEZ PIEDRAHITA la tutela de su derecho a obtener las copias por él solicitadas ante el Concejo Municipal de Roldanillo, Departamento del Valle del Cauca.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al actual Presidente del mencionado Concejo entregar las copias solicitadas originalmente por el señor HERMANN GOMEZ PIEDRAHITA si dicha entrega no se ha realizado aún a la fecha en que sea notificada la presente providencia.
- CUARTO. ORDENAR se compulsen copias del presente proceso de tutela a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para efectos de la investigación disciplinaria que pueda desprenderse de la conducta omisiva de la señora MYRIAM MEDINA DE FLOREZ, en su calidad de Presidenta del Concejo Municipal de Roldanillo.
- QUINTO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
