- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 20 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá el 2 de octubre de 2000 y el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, Sala Civil el 19 de octubre de 2000 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a Alvaro León García y ordenar que en el término de 48 horas se le entregue toda la información disponible y solicitada por el accionante.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
