- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Revocar, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla, Sala Laboral, el día cinco (5) de septiembre de 1994.
- Segundo. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral de Barranquilla, el día diecinueve (19) de agosto de 1994, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
