Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado Quince Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha cinco (5) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por el señor Manuel Orlando Molina Trespalacios por violación a su derecho fundamental de petición. Por lo tanto, se ORDENA a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, si no lo ha hecho ya, responder, dentro del término de 48 horas, la petición de fecha 19 de agosto de 1998, en la que el actor solicita el reconocimiento y pago de su pensión de gracia.
Tercero. Se hace un llamado de atención a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, para que en lo sucesivo resuelva las peticiones que se le presenten, sin incurrir en retardos injustificados.
Cuarto. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General las Comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
