- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 27 de noviembre de 1997 por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Laboral, que confirmo la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, la cual nego la tutela interpuesta por el senor MANUEL GUILLERMO ARIZA TORRES.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada, y en consecuencia, se ordena al FONDO NACIONAL DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES DEL MAGISTERIO (SECCIONAL BOLIVAR) resolver de fondo y comunicar debidamente al peticionario, sobre la solicitud de su pension ordinaria de jubilacion dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia,
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decision en los terminos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
