  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintisiete Civil Municipal de Bogota del 26 de septiembre de 2006. En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al minimo vital y los derechos fundamentales de la hija recien nacida de la senora Elizabeth Linares Sanchez.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR a COMPENSAR EPS, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, y si aun no lo hubiere hecho, proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la senora Elizabeth Linares Sanchez.
  3. Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
