administrando justicia en nombre del pueblo y por autoridad de la Constitución
R E SU E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR el numeral
primero. de la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Asís, en la tutela de la referencia, y, en
segundo. lugar, CONCEDER la tutela, ordenándosele al Alcalde de Puerto Asís que en el término de cinco (5) días pague los salarios debidos al solicitante, si es que aún no lo ha hecho.
Segundo. Hacer un llamado a prevención a las autoridades del Municipio de Puerto Asís para que paguen los salarios de sus empleados y trabajadores a mas tardar cada mes; y para que respeten la dignidad de los asalariados.
Tercero. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
