- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santo Domingo (Antioquia) del 12 de noviembre de 1998. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela al señor Ramón Alberto Álvarez Rodríguez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Santo Domingo (Antioquia) para que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar los salarios al señor Ramón Alberto Álvarez Rodríguez, siempre y cuando exista la debida partida presupuestal. Si esta fuere insuficiente, dispondrá del término ya señalado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a obtener los recursos necesarios para el pago efectivo y completo de lo ordenado.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
