Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Santa Marta, de fecha 17 de agosto del 2000, que denegó las pretensiones de la demandante OLGA OSIRIS CERVANTES ACOSTA, pero por las razones expresadas en la parte motiva de este proveído.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
