- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del 28 de agosto de 1996, proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, que nego la tutela interpuesta por Marlene Aldana Aldana.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho a la educacion del joven Alexander Munoz Aldana, en los terminos senalados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Civil Municipal de La Mesa (Cundinamarca), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
