- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia, el fallo dictado por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Seguro Social, para que se abstenga de volver a incurrir en omisiones como la que motivo la presente accion, pues de hacerlo se haria acreedor a las sanciones previstas por el Decreto 2591 de 1991, sin perjuicio de las demas responsabilidades.
- Tercero. Librese por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli establecidos.
